Can field teams work without internet?
Yes. Filling and submitting forms works fully offline on the mobile app — agents capture data, photos, GPS, and signatures with no connectivity, and everything syncs automatically once they're back online.
Can I connect IndeForms to the systems we already use?
Yes. Submissions can flow into the tools you already run — Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP and other ERPs, and cloud storage such as Amazon S3, OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox — or arrive by email and FTP. A REST API and outbound webhooks cover anything custom, and you can export to Excel, CSV, and PDF at any time.
How can IndeForms be deployed? Can we host it ourselves?
Flexibly. Run it on our managed multi-tenant cloud, in a dedicated private instance inside your own cloud account (bring-your-own-cloud), or fully on-premise — including air-gapped networks. Every customer gets a completely isolated database, so your data is never co-mingled with anyone else's.
How is our data kept secure and private?
Each customer's data lives in its own isolated database with role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and a full audit trail of who did what. With the on-premise or bring-your-own-cloud option, your data never leaves your own environment.
Does the AI send our data to external providers?
No. By design, your form data never goes to an AI provider. AI works only from form structure — questions, labels, field types — and aggregate statistics such as counts and rates, never individual answers, records, attachments, or credentials. The only features that read answer content directly, voice-to-form and photo/OCR capture, run solely on a self-hosted model inside your own environment and are switched off when a commercial AI provider is configured. AI can also be disabled entirely.
Do we need developers to build forms?
No. Forms are built with a no-code drag-and-drop builder offering rich field types — photo, GPS, signature, barcode, calculations — plus conditional logic, all without writing code. An optional AI assistant can draft forms from a plain-English description or a photo of an existing paper form.
